In 2010, the latest year available, that number was 16.8 million, 17.0 percent of full-time, full-year workers (estimated from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.census.gov\/data\/tables\/time-series\/demo\/income-poverty\/cps-pinc\/pinc-05.html\">Current Population Survey, Bur. of the\u00a0 Census, 9\/2011).<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>In February, 2012, the latest month available, the number of job openings was 3.5\u00a0million<\/b>,\u00a0&#8220;little changed from January.
